Multicompany
Create as many companies as needed; perform accounting tasks for each of your branches, departments or divisions individually; keep archived copies of your data from previous years; learn how to use your software without risk by creating a practice company.
Backup
Encode and password protect your backup copies before sending them to your accountant via E-mail. Backup your data to another hard drive, even to a high-density unit (such as a Zip drive). A compressed mode is available for large data files.
Data Protection
The Acomba System Manager offers features to protect your data from unauthorized access. One of which allows you to activate a screen-lock option when leaving your workstation unattended. Your password will be required to re-access the system (Input menu, Utilities option, Lock command).
You can also assign a password to each Acomba program. You can thus limit access to your programs to those who require them for their work.
