Do you want to link your online store to your Acomba accounting system?

PASSERELLE is a bridge between your online store and Acomba. Use the application to post on your transactional site the products from your inventory and recover orders and invoices that are generated from this site.

  • Create an order or invoice in Acomba when a purchase is made on your site.
  • Create products and customers in Acomba.
  • Register transaction payment in Acomba.
  • Automatically update orders received from your transactional shopping cart (configured to the range of your choice).
  • Produce files and send them to developers:
    • Complete file structure for development of the required transfer to the customer's Acomba application
    • Customer files
    • Modified inventory file
    • Tax configuration file
    • **Other files can be sent
  • Configure the following fields by default for all transactions:
    • Territory
    • Salesperson
    • Terms of payment
    • Shipping
    • Project
    • Tax groups
    • Product groups
    • Other fields in the heading and details of the transaction.

*If the Pol-Prix application is purchased, special price list file can be sent to your Web developer.
**If the Xpli-Sites application is purchased, inventory by warehouse file can be sent to your Web developer.
