CONDITIONS
By using this card, the owner accepts the following conditions:

• The gift card is valid for a 12-month period following its activation and can only be used at the store where it was purchased
• The gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money nor can it be recharged.
• No refund or replacement will be given without the owner’s authorization (loss or theft).
• Purchases will be deducted from the gift card until its value reaches $0.00.
• If a card is damaged, unusable or defective, the merchant who sold it is only responsible for refunding the card if the information contained therein could be used to identify the account number.
• The owner cannot post credits to his or her gift card following purchase.
