    Importing the chart of accounts<\/h3>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n
    1. In the authentication window, enter the user name (supervisor) and password (supervisor).\r\n \"\"<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    2. In the Company<\/strong> field, click on the arrow and select Restore a Backup<\/strong> in the drop-down list. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
    3. Click OK<\/strong>. The Restore a Backup<\/strong> window is displayed. \"\"<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    4. In the Restore<\/strong> group, click to select the backup copy file. If you have downloaded a chart of accounts template in .zip format, you must extract the .BAX file before importing it into Acomba X.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    5. In the Company to restore<\/strong> field, the name of the Company is displayed. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
    6. Select the Restore in a new company<\/strong> option and enter the Name of new company<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
    7. Click Proceed<\/strong>. A message is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    8. Click OK<\/strong>. At the bottom of the window, a message indicates that the restore is in progress. Once the restore is finished, the following message is displayed. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
    9. Click OK<\/strong>. Acomba X starts and displays the authentication window. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
    10. Enter the user name and password and click OK<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n

      Enter the company's contact information<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

      The Company Information<\/strong> window is used to enter the company's contact information. Certain details entered in this window are displayed in reports and on cheques. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n
      1. Click the button and select Configuration<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\r\n
      2. In the Acomba X Configuration<\/strong> window, left pane, click Company Information<\/strong>. \"\"<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      3. Enter the appropriate information in the fields (contact information, addresses, etc.). <\/span><\/li>\r\n
      4. Click Apply<\/strong> to confirm and Close<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        Note: Make sure that the fiscal year dates correspond to those of your company
