The <strong>Acomba X Authentication<\/strong> window is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Enter the <strong>User Name<\/strong> (supervisor) and <strong>Password<\/strong> (supervisor). Once the company is launched, it is recommended that you change the password.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>In the <strong>Company<\/strong> field, select <strong>Launch a company<\/strong> in the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. The <strong>Company Initialization<\/strong> window is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Follow the steps to launch the company and click <strong>Next<\/strong> in each step:\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Initialization<\/strong>: Enter the name of the company.<\/span><\/li>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Company Information<\/strong>: Enter the company\u2019s contact information.<\/span><\/li>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Reference Currency Selection<\/strong>: If required, select the reference currency to use in transactions.<\/span><\/li>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Account Number Configuration<\/strong>: Enter the maximum number of characters allowed in account numbers.<\/span><\/li>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Chart of Accounts Creation<\/strong>: Create a new chart of accounts, use an existing company\u2019s chart of accounts or select one of the proposed charts of accounts based on your activity sector. <\/span><\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>. A message indicates that the company was successfully created.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click <strong>Finish<\/strong>.
