NOTE<\/strong>: Before producing a payroll for the first time with Acomba X, you must first configure the Acomba Payroll module. To do this, refer to the corresponding help topic in your software.<\/p>\r\n

  1. In Acomba X, click the Acomba Payroll tab and the Run Payroll button.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. Enter the payroll data.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. Produce the payroll and remittance journals (summary or detailed).<\/li>\r\n\t
  4. Close Acomba.<\/li>\r\n\t
  5. Import the payroll entry into the Acomba X general ledger.<\/li>\r\n\t
  6. Acomba X verifies the presence of new accounts and new activities to ensure that they match.<\/li>\r\n\t
