{"id":11738,"date":"2018-11-06T18:11:39","date_gmt":"2018-11-06T23:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acomba.com\/en\/?page_id=11738"},"modified":"2019-10-25T15:53:29","modified_gmt":"2019-10-25T19:53:29","slug":"create-a-product","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.acomba.com\/en\/support\/use-acomba-x\/create-a-product\/","title":{"rendered":"Create a product"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Product window is used to enter information on products in order to:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>Facilitate invoicing.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Produce complete inventory reports.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"image\">\r\n    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads-svn\/faq\/comment-creer-un-produit_1_EN.jpg\" alt=\"\">\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>To create a product file, proceed as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n    <li><span>In the <strong>Inventory<\/strong> tab, <strong>Products<\/strong> group, click the <strong>Products<\/strong> arrow button and select <strong>Create a Product<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Select the <strong>Type<\/strong> of product: regular or service.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Enter the appropriate information in the tabs:\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><span><strong>File<\/strong>: Sales price, cost price and quantity in stock. The profit margin is calculated automatically based on the sales price and cost price.<\/span><\/li>\r\n        <li><span><strong>Notes<\/strong>: Relevant information about the product. Notes can be displayed when invoicing and printed on the invoice.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <\/ul><\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ico\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads-svn\/faq\/ico\/ico_xs_enregistrer.png\" alt=\"\">to save the product file.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p>This button displays the <strong>Inventory Adjustment<\/strong> window in order to enter the variation of product quantity and its new cost price, if applicable.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads-svn\/faq\/comment-creer-un-produit_2_EN.png\" alt=\"\">\r\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Product window is used to enter information on products in order to: Facilitate invoicing.
