Without a backup copy, it is impossible to recover previous data.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads-svn\/faq\/comment-faire-une-copie-de-sauvegarde_1_EN.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>To make a backup copy, proceed as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n    <li><span>Click the Windows <strong>Start<\/strong> menu and select <strong>All Programs, ACCEO Solutions, Acomba X<\/strong> folder, <strong>Configurator<\/strong>. The <strong>Acomba X Administration Console<\/strong> is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>In the left panel, click the <strong>Backup Copies<\/strong> option. The Options windo\tw is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Select one of the following options:\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Total Backup (recommended)<\/strong>: Makes a backup copy of all companies.<\/span><\/li>\r\n            <li><span><strong>Partial Backup<\/strong>: Makes a backup copy of the company selected in the box.<\/span><\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads-svn\/faq\/comment-faire-une-copie-de-sauvegarde_2_EN.png\" alt=\"\">\r\n    <\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Select <strong>Send via email<\/strong> if the backup copy is to be sent by email, and enter the appropriate information in the fields.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>In the <strong>Password Protect<\/strong> field, enter a password if required. The <strong>Display password<\/strong> box is used to check if the password is entered properly.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click the <strong>Proceed<\/strong> link.<br>\r\n    <strong>Note<\/strong>: If the copy is not sent via email, you must specify the folder where it is to be saved before continuing.<br>\r\n    A message indicates that the backup is completed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n    <li><span>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.
