This procedure applies for the installation of Acomba Accounting Suite, Acomba Construction Suite and Acomba Professional Services Suite.<\/p>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\tNote: If the software is used on a network, contact the network administrator before installing
the software.<\/strong>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\tStep 1 <\/strong>\r\n\t\t

Installation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\t\t
\r\n\t\t\t01<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

Before running the installation program, close all open applications. If a Windows window is displayed, click Additional Information<\/strong> and Run Anyway<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t02<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

Click download link or insert your CD<\/strong> and then double-click the Setup.exe<\/strong> file to start the installation.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t03<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

Select the installation language and follow the instructions on screen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t04<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

In the installation window, select the New Installation<\/strong> option and click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t05<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

In the license agreement window, read the terms and conditions and confirm your acceptance by selecting I accept the terms of the license agreement<\/strong>.\r\nClick Next<\/strong>. <\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t06<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

In the Installation Options<\/strong> window, select the folder in which to install the files. To use a different folder, click Browse<\/strong> and select the desired folder. However, we recommend that you keep the default folder in order to facilitate support, if needed.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

In the Installation Options<\/strong> window, to access a demo company\u2019s data, select the Demo Company Installation option and click Next<\/strong>.
\r\n\t\t\t\tThe demo company can be accessed using the Supervisor<\/strong> user account and the password DEMO<\/strong>.<\/em>\r\n\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

In the Select Program Folder<\/strong> window, click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

\r\n\t\t\t09<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

In the antivirus selection window, if appropriate, run a test to verify that your antivirus program will not block Acomba data files and click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t

In the window confirming that the wizard is now ready to proceed with installation, click Install<\/strong>. The installation program will execute the requested operations.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t

You Acomba software is now installed!<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\t\t

\r\n\r\n\t\tStep 2<\/strong>\r\n\t\t

Activation<\/h3>\r\n\t\t
\r\n\t\t\t01<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t

Open Acomba. In the welcome window, click OK<\/strong> to display the Application Activation<\/strong> window. Enter the serial and reference numbers in the appropriate columns (which you will find in your startup email or CD sleeve), and click OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t

In the Pre-authorized Registration<\/strong> window, click Register via Internet<\/strong> and then click Ok<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t

Your Acomba software is now activated and ready to use!<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t
