Launch of new versions of Acomba Construction Suite and Professional Services Suite

An update for the Construction Suite and the Professional Services Suite has been deployed following the development of significant functionalities and improvements to existing functionalities.

These launches of Acomba Construction Suite and Acomba Professional Services Suite versions contain major new features and improvements which will simplify certain processes for you and save you a lot of time in your accounting and project management tasks.

Status of workers/counsellors

You can now render inactive the file of workers or counsellors who no longer work for you in order to purge your list and get a better picture of your team. Keeping your list of workers or counsellors up-to-date also allows you to facilitate management of works and projects in progress, since you no longer have to search in a list filled with inactive employees

Choice of bond (Construction Suite only)

You can now choose the bonding company of your choice for your projects which must be bonded. An Other option has been added in the project files so that you can enter the name of the bonding company you have chosen and so that the name appears on the reports that you want to produce afterward.

Direct connection to the bank

Manual bank reconciliation and downloading bank statements are a thing of the past! You can now connect your Acomba software directly to your financial institution in order to import your bank transactions and reconcile them with those in your software in just a few clicks.

You no longer need to go to your financial institution website to download your bank statement and import it into your software on your own. The connection to the bank takes care of it for you!

By being connected to your bank, Acomba can read the transactions from a selected bank statement and compare them with those of the account that you have selected in your software. The software will find and identify for you all identical transactions in the two accounts to reconcile them. You can then approve the reconciliation or make modifications if necessary.

The connection to your financial institution and the automatic identification of identical transactions makes the process much faster than manual verification, limits the risk of errors and saves you a great deal of time each time you have to reconcile accounts.

This new functionality is free for subscribers of an Acomba service plan.

Now available!

These are the new features offered in the new version of Acomba Construction Suite and Professional Services Suite, which are now available. The applications are updated regularly, so watch this space for the announcement of any new features.
