Turn your Acomba system into a call centre
Using the same criteria, you can create call lists and associate them with different people according to their tasks, specialties, or responsibilities.*
With these lists you can, for example, call only those clients with credit over 60 days past due (financial management), or those whose last transaction dates back more than one year (marketing).
You can also send automatic text messages to salespeople who are often on the road. The CRM module is still extremely effective when it is used at the office by a single person.
