This procedure applies for the installation of Acomba Accounting Suite, Acomba Construction Suite and Acomba Professional Services Suite.
Note: If the software is used on a network, contact the network administrator before installing the software.
Step 1
Installation

Before running the installation program, close all open applications. If a Windows window is displayed, click Additional Information and Run Anyway.

Click download link or insert your CD and then double-click the Setup.exe file to start the installation.

Select the installation language and follow the instructions on screen.

In the installation window, select the New Installation option and click Next.

In the license agreement window, read the terms and conditions and confirm your acceptance by selecting I accept the terms of the license agreement.
Click Next.

In the Installation Options window, select the folder in which to install the files. To use a different folder, click Browse and select the desired folder. However, we recommend that you keep the default folder in order to facilitate support, if needed.

In the Installation Options window, to access a demo company’s data, select the Demo Company Installation option and click Next. The demo company can be accessed using the Supervisor user account and the password DEMO.

In the Select Program Folder window, click Next.

In the antivirus selection window, if appropriate, run a test to verify that your antivirus program will not block Acomba data files and click Next.

In the window confirming that the wizard is now ready to proceed with installation, click Install. The installation program will execute the requested operations.
You Acomba software is now installed!
Step 2
Activation

Open Acomba. In the welcome window, click OK to display the Application Activation window. Enter the serial and reference numbers in the appropriate columns (which you will find in your startup email or CD sleeve), and click OK.

In the Pre-authorized Registration window, click Register via Internet and then click Ok.
Your Acomba software is now activated and ready to use!
